Publication Ethics
The journal Psihoterapija follows the highest ethical and professional standards, including a zero tolerance of plagiarism and other unacceptable forms of behaviour within the academic community.
Methods and texts that will be treated as plagiarism are the following:
- Falsification of research results, inventing and presenting them as real.
- Manipulating the research procedure, deliberate change and/or omission of data.
- Claiming the results, attitudes or judgments of others as one’s own, without citing the source.
- Abuse of subjects and/or materials in research, attempting to cover up any violations of ethical guidelines, false representation of conflicts of interest, breaking confidentiality.
It is assumed that all authors agree with the publication of the submitted manuscript and that neither it nor any of its parts have been previously published or are in the process of being published in any journal other than Psihoterapija.
In agreement with the publisher and authors, the Editorial Board reserves the right to reprint any text that has already been published.
In case the paper has already been published in Psihoterapija, it may not be published elsewhere without the permission of the Editorial Board and publisher.
The Editorial Board is obliged to safeguard confidential information on the manuscripts, i.e. information will be made available as needed only to the authors, reviewers, potential reviewers, editorial board, editorial advisers and the publisher.
